Success

Committing to change is grounded in clear visions and identified outcome measures. Success is felt when your goals are accomplished.

Professional Coaching

  • Coaching is a partnership between a trained professional and a client with the overall goal to help the client lessen or close the gap between where/who they are and where/who they want to be.

  • The “edu-coaching” model combines brief knowledge sharing with powerful questions in order for you to discover your best path forward . Coaching begins with establishing a firm awareness of what you want, then moves to building your resilience to make it happen and concludes with meeting the defined success measure.

  • Coaching is short-term, laser-focused and usually done virtually as to accommodate the busy professional’s schedule and lifestyle.

  • Typical coaching topics: career path, life balance, relationship management, emotional regulation, conflict, 360 survey design/execution and analysis

  • Measures of success include- improved team satisfaction scores, achieving promotion, stress reduction, increased confidence, positive performance review

TVD Says: “Our coaching philosophy can be summed up in two words ‘get real’. We value authentic relationships as well as our time and our clients’ time. “Get real” means that a trusting coaching relationship enables the client to quickly drill down to the personal root cause of the challenge that he/she is facing. It requires honesty, vulnerability and deep desire for personal excellence and fulfillment. By listening intently, asking powerful questions and staying focused on the goals, we enable you to find each session well worth your time while outlining clear takeaways. We are direct, passionate and love to laugh so we try to introduce humor whenever possible. Sometimes it helps to put issues in perspective!”

TVD Says: “We make people think! We don’t have a ‘quick fix’, ‘5 simple steps’ or a set method. Our customized workshops challenge attendees to examine their own mindsets and limiting beliefs, figure out their personal barriers to success and create customized action plans.”

Clients Say: “Thank you again for a great training experience here. You have a very engaging and dynamic training style and the content could not have been more practical for us. I wish you could have done it for us a couple of years ago!" - Michael, COO

Speaking & Training

  • Conference presentations are customized to address the theme of the meeting and the needs of the attendees. Research is done on the conference industry to ensure the language, exercises and examples are relevant

  • Training programs are consistently offered in workshop format. Attendees work through the “awareness, resilience, success” model by first understanding how the topic is relevant to them, gaining practical tips to implement, then creating closing action plans to ensure the material sticks. Programs are modified for audiences of all levels, from executives, to entry-level leaders, to team members.

  • Topics such as emotional intelligence, stress, change,  communication, conflict, coaching skills,  work-life “blend”.

Consulting

  • Organizations often struggle with taking vision to action. TriVantage Development provides expertise in facilitation and strategic planning.

  • Strategic planning (SP) consultation meets organizations where they currently reside within their process. A repeatable SP system can be created from the “ground up”, or parts of the current system can be tweaked and improved. Diane has experience with gathering and analyzing internal and external stakeholder data and creating plans for improvement.

  • After helping to lead an organization to achieve the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, Diane is skilled at using this framework to guide organizations to create systems and processes that make sense and will lead them to excellence.

  • Great facilitation requires an understanding of group dynamics, confidence and a willingness to challenge the status quo.  Diane has facilitated SP workshops, team meetings and strategy action planning sessions.
