Diane Bickford has 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She has led human resources, culture change, organizational development, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and operations. She is certified in Quality Management and Organizational Excellence through the American Society of Quality. Diane is a Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation. She also is certified in Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and Career Coaching. Diane is President of her company, TriVantage Development. She is an expert in human dynamics, relationship building and leadership. Diane has spoken and trained on topics related to leadership, communication, resilience and emotional intelligence at conferences and organizations across the country. She has successfully coached professionals from front-line employees, to new leaders, to executive directors.
