Diane Bickford has 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She has led human resources, culture change, organizational development, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and operations. She has held certifications in Quality Management, Organizational Excellence, Professional Coaching, Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Career & Retirement Coaching and Conscious Leadership. She is an expert in human dynamics, relationship building and effective leadership. Diane has spoken and trained on topics related to leadership, communication, resilience and emotional intelligence at conferences and organizations across the country. She has successfully coached 100’s of professionals from front-line employees, to new leaders, to executive directors in various industries including healthcare, technology, service, government and education. She is highly skilled at organizational effectiveness and partners with companies to take vision and strategy to action.
Christine Stack, PCC
Christine is a Certified Coach who provides coaching services to leaders who aspire to be excellent in their roles. She offers a confidential experience where unique perspectives, strategies & future state visions are explored. She is an avid student of evidence-based models of change & enjoys sharing pertinent exercises, articles, and videos with clients to help them to reach desired goals. Christine is also a certified Mentor Coach dedicated to supporting coaches & leaders who aspire to build & further refine coaching competencies.
Before becoming a coach, Christine served as Regional Vice President for a national healthcare company where she led multiple teams of Contracting Executives & Provider Relations Managers. She has hands-on experience with the challenges and complexities that leaders face each day and brings this “real world” perspective to her coaching.
Christine holds a PCC Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an MSJ from Seton Hall Law School and currently serves as Past President of the Pittsburgh chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
